Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 2 days from the date your items are delivered.
  2. Condition of Product: To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items should be returned in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.
  3. Exchange Limit: Exchanges can only be made for a different size once. If the requested size is not available, a coupon code will be provided for future purchases.
  4. Exceptions: Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: Kindly ship the product back to us, and ensure to share the shipping receipt with us via email.
  • Exchange Criteria: Please carefully read the item descriptions and sizing charts before purchasing. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. Exchanges can only be made for a different size once.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any merchandise purchased from our website. However, we do provide store credit in the form of a Store Credit Coupon that can be used for future purchases. Please review the details below:

  • Refund Method: Store Credit Coupon (valid for 6 months).
  • Amount Credited: The entire amount of the returned product (excluding reverse shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon.
  • Coupon Usage: The coupon code will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order. You can use this code for a future purchase on our website within 180 days from the issue date.
  • Processing Time: The coupon code will only be generated after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
  • Important Note: We DO NOT provide refunds in cash or any other monetary form.

Return Process

We aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible. Please follow these steps for returning merchandise:

  • Reverse Pickup: The customer is responsible for the reverse pickup charges. We offer reverse pickups only in India, and the service is chargeable.
  • International Orders: We do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.
  • Timeframe for Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. After this period, we cannot accept return requests for damaged items.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for any delays in returns or exchanges caused by natural calamities, unforeseen circumstances, or logistics issues.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will initiate an exchange or process a refund through the original payment method within 10 working days.
